Note they are Damascus blades which are fine examples of a skilled craftsmanship. The top two are Charlton US Marine style K-Bars, the second one has a Giraffe bone handle. Third one is a collaboration between John Davis and Michael Rader. The fourth is made by Gaetan Beauchamp If anyone is interested in Damascus steel Wikipedia again comes to the rescue: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Damascus_steel If I posted these before I apologize for the duplication but it will help my post count

I would like to get a pic of the knife my best friend gave me, his dad had made it and gave it to him--his dad was a perfectionist and ended his own life, George, who stayed with me and my family through high school= my brother from another mother, gave this to me and I will have it and cherish it till the day I die. I will post it tomorrow as it is in my safe in a different location. Not as beautiful as those, but means a lot to me like those do you. Awards

I got it back in 1962 but won't go into the how and where but it does have sentimental value to me. It's a M 4 bayonet for a M1 Garand, a rifle I had trained with at two assignments. I prefer not to go into how I got to keep it, as it was semi-honest.
