Remove the sound card and boot it up. Do what ever you did before to get the blue screen to see if the problem persist. If it does not then it may be your sound card. Have you updated your BIOS? If that does not work remove it again reboot and install an earlier version of the video driver. Its a trial and error thing! And no I dont think that the issue is with Crysis its an Nvidia game.
