To see anyone else who posts in a topic all you have to do is click on the topic and read?? I do not see the purpose of a function like this. Some of the topics have a 100 different people posting in them. I do not need to know who is posting in a topic when I can just click on it if it interests me and read all the comments and by who posted them.
