The problem was it did not see the new mouse in any of the usb ports until i deleted the set point file . Now the mouse works but when i try to down load the new software for the mouse to set the new buttons and stuff it gets hung up , tried restart and reinstalling a bunch of times not dice , i also deleted the old programs for the mouse to set it up buttons too . should of been easy and just plug and play then dl the new software but no go on that , any help would be great ty Awards
