Legit RMA claims going wrong, and even scamming Gamers Nexus so much, that GN went to visit them. Leading into solutions. Now Best Buy is in the news, with their 200 dollar subscriptions. Basically, offering deals behind a Pay-wall. The video is time-stamped at 15 minutes and 50 seconds, but the video is interesting overall.
