My bet is that it wasn't all the way off when I entered the game. To be honest, I don't know if it's a ban or something else. It's not the IP. We're looking in to it. I have informed the right people. For now try using without the VPN. The ban system is aggressive to keep the bad actors at bay. I appreciate your patience and understanding.

You are exempted for VPN use, so you should be able to connect using the original VPN IP that you were using.

Hey guys just wanted to go on here and say that I will be back on the game consistently in about 12 more weeks, have been in the police academy for 11 weeks and have 12 more. Will be back to topping the leaderboards when I’m done.
