Not really Joe, it kind of makes sense. Anybody that actually knows what HTML means never really had to worry about catching an STD because they never got laid. -
Why can't you play? You usually play like one arm is tied behind your back, so what's the difference?

And on a related note, a recent British survey shows that public views in the UK are wrong on just about everything. http://www.vice.com/en_uk/read/everything-you-think-you-know-is-wrong -
Oh how times have changed..........

DJ you seem to have missed the point I was attempting to make. Nowhere did I say that "all" of our youth has gone bad here in the states. The point I was making is that it's amazing this case even made it before a judge, and that shows there is a fundamental change in how our society works today compared to 30 or so years ago. There have always been problem kids and that will never change. But now we have a generation that's grown up with instant gratification and zero patience. They have computers, cell phones and many only seem interested in online porn or becoming famous on Youtube. The young lady in this case didn't like the rules imposed on her by her parents and she moved out, she wasn't kicked out. In the link I provided in the original post, the parent even said that she is welcome to come home if she wants to live by their rules. I have 3 kids of my own between 16 and 23, all of which live under my roof. The same applies to them, my house, my rules. If you don't like it find your own way in the world. -
Well, after a few months of trying I'm afraid that the admin team has decided to pull the plug on the COD2 TDM tournament. It wasn't for lack of trying, but we just couldn't seem to get everybody together when it was game time. It's just too damn difficult to coordinate so many people in so many different time zones around the world. For those of you who helped put it all together and participated in the games, you have our thanks. Perhaps we can try to do it differently in the near future and get more people interested.

I'm sure she just needs some shopping money until she can reel in some 60 year old dude that she'll screw a couple times a week for a monthly allowance. -
Up until the cashier handed him the money I thought they were going to start laughing and tell him it was a joke. Glad I was wrong. That was touching what they did and how he reacted.
-
Damn, that would slow me down. Of course there will probably be an increase in accidents from guys jerking off while driving.

This biggest problem I see with this case is that if this one or when subsequent cases go before a jury, any good trial lawyer might convince a jury that the reason she feels like she is owed everything is because that's how her parents raised her. The first time a jury agrees with the kids attorney they'll open the flood gates for thousands of other similar cases. A couple months ago a 16 year old boy who got drunk and killed 4 people in a car crash got off with 10 years of probation because his lawyer convinced a judge that because he was brought up wealthy and had everything handed to him, he didn't know right from wrong. They called it "affluenza". People are still screaming about that one. -
I am always amazed that how in just a few short decades, much of our younger generation has gone from self motivated young adults wanting to change the world, to self absorbed spoiled brats that have a severe case of self entitelment. An 18 year old New Jersey girl didn't like the rules her parents laid down for her, and depending on which side you ask, she either moved out or they kicked her out. She had been suspended from school, was drinking, and the parents didn't approve of her boyfriend. The girl moved out several months ago and is now suing the parents for living expenses and college tuition. So far the judge isn't letting it proceed. At some point this type of lawsuit will be common so it will be interesting to see what happens with this one. http://www.today.com/moms/judge-denies-teens-attempt-sue-parents-money-2D79321954

Try having one done by a doctor instead of a plumber next time. You'll be amazed at the difference. -

IT'S TIME FOR ME TO BUY A NEW MOUSE
little_old_man replied to BigPapaDean's topic in General Discussion
If you can handle the change get a trackball mouse. I know people are rolling their eyes right now but if you get one that you're comfortable with and can get used to using while gaming, you'll never go back to a traditional mouse. There is no wrist strain since all you use are your fingers, and you can move, shoot and turn faster with your fingers than you can with your wrist. I own 3 Microsoft Trackball Explorers which were discontinued back in the 90's. There are people on eBay who rebuild/referbish them like new and I have two of them getting worked on now while I try to deal with my one remaining one until they get back to me. They sell for $200 each for broken ones and up to $700 if you can manage to find a new one. There are many who think they were the best mouse ever made and somebody could make a shitload of money if they re-introduced them to the market. -

Congratulations! Now go out and get a vasecotmy. Next to fathering 3 wonderful kids, it was the best thing I've ever done. -
That's bullshit sponge because: 1. You're still too stupid to know how to post pictures. and 2. You must first have a penis in order to have intercourse. It's common knowledge that you lost your dick in a freak hot tub drain accident (or not by accident) when you were 15.

Painsponge keeps trying to get me to use one of his family photos but I just can't do it.

I keep my desktop in alpha order, although it's time to thin a few of them out.

Hope you have a great day.

Well, he can't be the sexiest man alive because I currently hold that title, but I still hope he has a fantastic birthday.

Most of you are probably wondering who Jim Lange is. Here in the states he hosted a very popular game show called The Dating Game which started in 1965. The reason I make mention of his passing is because he was my wife's godfather and good family friend. My late father in law was best friends with Jim and they went to high school together. We didn't get to see him often but always received a Christmas card from he and Nancy, and an occasional call on birthdays. He was a sweetheart of a man to those of us who knew him and he will be missed. http://tv.msn.com/tv/article.aspx?news=854465

I think the drop in Detroit's crime rate is due to the fact that the population has decreased by 50% over the last 50 years. I still wouldn't want to live in Oakland or Detroit. Wherever there is a lot of urban poverty there is high crime. I still want to know where all of those gold coins came from. They were buried sometime in the mid to late 1890's and the face value of the coins was $27,000. Who the fuck had that kind of money back then other than a bank robber? That entire area was very sparsely populated in those days and most of it still is today. What a bitch to have that much money, bury it for safekeeping then die without telling a soul about it. I wonder how much Nazi looted gold is still buried around Europe?
