The memory of this resonates around the world as the victims were of many nations, colours and creeds. I have no doubt that it will be marked here in the UK. For us 7/7 remains a date we recall with sadness also. For citizens of Madrid, it will be another date still and for the relatives of our soldiers who have fallen, numerous other dates. I did suggest recently that Damit could hover in his gunship over an agreed rendezvous point and shoot the s*** out of me as I was barely making four paces before being plugged! I have now discovered the mortar but have to learn how to pick it back up again when I want to move... So far, I have had to wait for an opponent to arrive to shoot me.

Now have 40+ tracks to fit on a 16GB iPod. So what do I delete? Who'd have guessed that 16GB wasn't enough...

I don't even qualify for a dishonourable mention. My individual record shows I have a kdr of 0.45 - believe it or not, that is an improvement! My playing style causes this - I don't like camping and one cannot run-and-gun so I guess you could call it 'banzai-kamikaze', frequently involving C4, so I managed 9 suicides in 3 games! I listen to people gush about their ribbons and medals on TS. I am overjoyed when I manage more than 5,000 points in a game! (It has taken ages to get from Colonel to Colonel 1!)

The problem I have is I don't know how to pronounce the name of one of the Admins since his name change... I heard someone call him "Semen" on TS, last night - that can't be right? Is it "Simon" as in "Simon says..."? Or is it "C Moon" as in this song?

As always happens in these cases (there are not many of them so it can be years between outcries), there are calls for the law to be changed over here. The proponents are talking about raising the bar for the criminal so only "disproportionate" force against him would be punished. I don't see how this would stop victims being treated like criminals. There needs to be an understanding and a change of practice by the police. At the moment, the way the victims are being treated is like locking up a rape victim for soliciting then deciding two days later, "OK you were raped after all"! Is there a disclaimer anywhere on this site that states no responsibility can be taken for material hosted on other sites? (I am not sure how important that is on a site hosted in the USA but it is a common safeguard over here where one can be arrested for saying the wrong thing, let alone providing a link to a web site that is viewed as subversive by the authorities.)
