Also, I noticed that Windows 10 (or even 7) does not come with DirectX(updates). Download this one from MS and see if all of you need to download some MB's. You will notice that all with a fresh Windows 7/10 installation. 3DMark needs that for the video benchmark, so that is not for nothing.

I believe that was in COD(UO), COD2 and.. WAW. The more frustration is, getting your key-binds back. Or worse, everytime you start it up, it asks you again and you ignore it. And for 90% of the times, no problemo.

I haven't seen the post but here is the reasoning or story behind it. Some years ago, our website was getting overwhelmed of topics about Politics. Some wanted to have a forum and others did not. The main front page were getting the most attention and people arguing. To a point that it became, lets say it nice ... Fucked up. So we decided to make a forum and everything about Politics will be moved and created there. To have that forum not overwhelming our front page, we chose to make that hidden and people can be invited there. So story short: We made a Compromise.

From what I understand, you still have your old COD WAW data right? On a drive? Plus you have a Steam version? Steams versions are most likely update and does that work for you? If so, install the Steam version and copy all old data or explain what you have or not. I had that name issues or profile name not accepted by the game/auth network too. Just give me/us a little more information. There is also a WAW profile program, but waste of time. I have spend a lot of hours to fix this. Also, do you have the KEY of the game or from your old one of that DVD box? I might just upload my ISO for you. But your old data must be still at one of your drives.

Btw, not sure if I had my REG key loaded in my register of Windows. But with the installation and going online, it might ask you the "codkey"="YOURKEY" and or type it in. I went online straight away after re-install from DVD and overwrite the files.

Yeah, I had that too. There is a program that can do it, but never worked for me. In the end, I grabbed my DVD and re-installed it. With the profiles there in place ( docs folder or ProgramData?). Once done, I copied the old COD5 files over that folder and, done. No patch issues and still running fine.

i7 8th gen Intel are sweet with the nice cores doing work for you. You will be having fun for many years with it. Glad you go also with 16Gb and not lesser. 8Gb is just not enough if you have a lot of tabs open in browsers. Plus games are having more headroom and I hope you use XMP and try a little more overclock to them. I second this. F.e. the GTX1660. A GeForce GTX 1660 Ti might be getting OC out of the box. I got a GTX1060 6GB that I got for 90 euro's(Ali Express send me two fans for it for 12 USD to fix it) So check out the second hand market soon as the Super's are out. If you had more money, well, I have an eye on the 2070 Super.

Minecraft, is a slow game and people tend to get AFK. You really can be AFK and have other games or websites open. I like to see this ban discussed and the Admins to talk to a player by PM. In COD games, you might have been kicked for to be AFK, but also think that you use a slot of the game. Therefor we >XI<, understand that an appeal can take long, how fair it is or not. Talk things through with the >XI< community in mind and our players. I do not say remove the jail-time, but a ban was not my choice. A kick, possibly after a warning. Thank you.
