When all slots, even with a 2 slots motherboard out there(the BIOS controls that), it is benefiting 100% of the Chipset lanes to the CPU. All 4 slots filled, the CPU is longing for all lanes to work slightly better. True, you still have DUAL channel, but depending on the BIOS. Even not DUAL channel mode, hence JayzTwoCents tested that

Oh no, that hurts and I am in shock too. My condolences to his family. I just can't believe it and I am in tears. Three days ago he posted to be with his soulmate Sandra for 39 years and hoping more to come. That is so heartbreaking. Dadda was indeed more than a great friend, member or an admin. Always willing to help and getting people on the right track like recruiting new Admins and teaching them from his heart. A person with his heart on the right please for sure.
