Have you checked in Safe Mode? Load up Safe Mode while starting to boot (press F8 all the time to get that menu) Not much brands are allowing you to use the "Administrator" account. And you don't see the Administrator account on the login screen, but if you hit CTRL ALT DEL twice quickly, you might can use the login menu and to be lucky that the Administrator account doesn't have a password when you click on it. If you are in, go to user accounts (not by control panel! by by Right click MyComputer and use 'control') and right click account that you were using and change it.
