Rename the "Mods" folder at your drive: .....\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\Mods to "ModsOld" or better, move it somewhere like at C:\Old and try again. Do not delete that, because you can always restore them if needed.

I really never ever understood of why they drop a box at doors. No time to ring at the door, but just walking back to their car. It is like you have to let them send stuff as in always insured. For a new GPU, I recommend you to go to forums, where they are in direct contact with NVidia or AMD. For sure to get some kind of MSRP prices, even though NVidia has raised their prices even on top of those MSRP prices. AMD is smarter that way. A tech 'buddy' of mine, could get his 6900 XT this way. These forums have tools that are in a way of use, going for and to, the real End-Users and not miners.

@loaderXI The memorial event, is this for today only? My system is stuck with one SSD and Diskpart(the Clean command) can take 4 to 6 hours. This SSD refused to format and was stuck at 15% for an hour. I had to force the Diskpart thing. I can't interrupt this progress. And still have to build this old thing into a case. @DEEJAYKEG Have you find that IWD file and deleted it? Maybe someone can share that one by remote access, like Anydesk/Teamviewer. I am stuck too.

Look for the CFG/Ini file, where you can manually edit it and save it. See how that goes.

A 5800X is a great processor. You still have the option later, for a 5950X I hope that the next generation of AMD, the AM5(?) motherboards could last that long too. Just crazy that Intel choice of every two years a different BGA/LGA socket. I have to say 'normally', because some ONDA motherboards can do the Gen 6, 7, 8, and the 9th GEN. Good pick!

The picture there of the radiator, that is what Gamers Nexus was showing an at least 6 mouths ago. With those AIO's, a lot lot have these problems or people finding out so much later, the placement is wrong. The manuals are for sure not mentioning anything. Some years ago, I spoke with Corsair about a model that even cools the VRMs and the Mosfets, to have a fan on top and blowing around the housing of those pumps.
