I agree, might be the PSU. Try yours on it To bad you can't see the bios posting or hear beeps like gpu issues/memory. For symptoms like this is more likely for 60/70% the powersupply. The only thing you can do is to reset the motherboard by 'cmos clear' pins and see if he responds, but that would be a waste of time for doing so(as he runs stable first).
