as long as u find my computer C: program files / activision / call of duty 4 / {players} u should b able to copy n paste your hole player folder over top of the new instalations PLAYER folder keeping your lvl .. your guns .. your stats.. w/e.. but .. remaping is no biggie compared to spending a yr to lvl lol .. im sure u can recopy maps n such but.. hell .. new install.. fresh copy.. ide just let them download ..

Boats alot of times peeps have a prob after leaving a mod, it wont load again teh hole muti player part at all, if u can get it to at least get to options page hit mod, then pick somthing thats one fix i have had to work... and other rockape naild it on vista systems, same thing happend, wouldnt load sht at all, teh mixer is more than likely disabled and u dont c it... hit show all disabled items then the mixer pops up... after that my freind nvr had a prob again... other than updating the pb client once in a wile hope it helps oh the step 3 in rockapes diagram is the one i ment .... if u have tryd loading any other mod n faild .. hit up step 3 up a few remarks
