Sorry to hear of your situation. It is never easy to watch a close one pass. I watched my father go from an ox of a man to next to nothing as cancer ate at him and it shocked me to see someone who you kind of expect to be around forever disappear, even though the logical part of your mind says everyone must go, it's still not easy. Well, I got hacked. It seems to be my year for being violated. I have BF3 through Origins and today I got the dreaded messaage "Your email account has been successfully changed" Of course, I had not changed it. So after perusing the Origins and EA sites for a long time I finally found out how to fix this. I followed the instructions I have pasted below and within 5 minutes the problem was fixed. Actually EA was very helpful and also told me my account was hacked by someone with a Russian email address - bastards. They even gave me a $15 coupon for "my trouble" which tells me the problem was the lack of security on their server, not at my end. Anyway, here is the procedure, in case it every happens to anyone else: The following process should be followed if you believe that your account has been hacked or compromised. If you have not requested a change of email address, but you received an email letting you know that your email has changed then you should follow the steps below to create a new account and request help. Be sure to have the following information available: In order to locate your account, we will need a serial number from one of your games. If you do not have this available, we will need your gamertag, psid, or character names from online games. The email address you would like to be contacted at The Original email address you used to set up the account Your actual date of birth The date of birth you used to set up your account TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS Open http://ea.com and click "sign up" Enter an email address you have never used with an EA account before Choose an id and a password Enter your date of birth. Use only accurate information. You could try remapping to an area of your keyboard you don't normally game in. The map teleport square has to go. It is nothing but a damn spawn fest. People lining up on spawn spots and killing you 10-15 times in a row without you even firing a shot. Some of us asked to change it but there were too many people doing the spawn killing to get the change. It totally ruined my evening and put me in a bad mood. I love coming in here and gaming but that was absolutely fucking pathetic.

OK, I am getting the same issue, but a little different My message states there is a conflict with ww.iwd The problem is, it is nowhere to be found on my computer. I have been playing the new rotation for days and this only happens on the POW Camp map I have deleted everything not stock (yes, I do know what to delete and what not to delete) It tries to download one file from the tdm server for some reason, then craps out again It is getting very frustrating - please help Thanks in advance

The only good thing to come out of this for me was it made me go to the Doc's and have my physical (2 years overdue) as I am (was, what the fuck ever) 9 years older than Jack and his supposed death scared the shit out of me I hope everything comes to light and we can put this to rest and move on.

Well, as a player who plays against you a lot, I have to say, while you are a damn good player, I have never seen anything remotely resembling cheating. In my past life, I was a game admin so I like to think I have an eye for hackers and, no, I don't see one. That being said, you are damn hard to kill. There I am, trying my damnedest to catch up to Pete the Greek on the ratio stat and, as soon as you come in the map, my ratio goes to shit - LOL. I think you and Sherm are my nemeses in the stats. Definitely the highest ratio of kills to deaths. Don't let it get to you. I take it as a form of compliment. When you kill someone enough that they start to accuse you of hacking it's like saying "you are that much better than me, you must be cheating" even when we both know you aren't See you on the battlefield, although hopefully not too much LOL

Maybe you should recruit some people west of the Mississippi to play with you as some of us have lives and actually want to sleep (except when our baseball team is kicking the shit out of a bunch a diaper boys in Oakland,CA) LOL Love you Canadian - in a manly "what about them Bears" way of course
