been there done that....i get sick from hanging upside down on the one i had...sold it two weeks after i got it...i have had a bad back for about ten years and was grasping at anything to relieve it...so i tried it...it made me all sweaty and clammy feeling as well my stomach got really upset from just two minutes of it..i couldnt' get rid of feeling sick on it....hanging upside down is for bats i figured....good luck if you get it....but traction helped me alot more than the inversion table.....i go once a month for some traction and a gentle pull on the spine for thirty minutes gives me huge relief....sometimes after a long day i go to the physio centre for a hour or so and back to normal....compression is the worst for me and really painfull so thats my fix for my pain....good luck with the inversion thing ...hope it works for you

Jesus Hxtr...how did you quit....i can't....tried it a month ago...and couldn't sleep......tossed and turned for three days ...so i said fuck it...one habbit isn't that bad ...since i quit smoking the thieving devil tobacco i had to keep at least one habit....i just wish i could get passed the two week thing...then i could quit forever....i have lots of weed in my freezer and have never sold any of it ever....just kept it for myself and buddies that didn't want to go look for it....mind you they treat me really well for giving them free herbs but i find myself wanting to quit the whole scene and grow up...lol [never],,,it doesn't effect my wallet or anything physical....but i feel it is a mental thing...and you just have to train you self to say no ...don't smoke it,,,,i love smoking it as it makes me care free and no worries ....maybe thats why i couldnt' sleep worrying about nonsence....all i know is i would quit if i chose to,,,and it would be a bit tough... but for now i am going to smoke my head off,,,just me...damn addictive personality i got....lol Don';t worry Hxtr....when you were wasted you just didn't think of these things .....now that the fog has left your head everything is back to normal....lol...normal being boring/////i might quit this summer after harvest...he he

Good for you Harley.....its almost 6 months for me now.....i can't stand to be around cigs now...the smell is so strong and makes everything wreak like hell....vaping was the easiest way to quit smoking ever...and i tried all the tricks and acupuncture everything except that champix crap..scared of it...too many side effects...but i started following this thread started by Coolmd and voila cigs gone and zero cravings period...some days like you i don't even start vaping untill noon or later most days...but i really like it at night with a nice coffee while watching the news or a good movie...now i sleep like a baby...no coughing or shortness of breath whiter teeth. food tastes better .....i could go on and on of the benefits it has gave me but you probably know already from quitting yourself...keep up the good work Harley i am cheering for you...its a thing of the past for me....i will never go back to cigs..the thieving devils....

yes i have to stop spending Cool....i always revert back to my z-atty pro...it just tastes so good with vanilla custard...i use my kanger bcc too when i am out and about and the aga for dripping...but for lazing around the house i always use the z-atty...its just that good...in fact i don't think it can get any better in the flavor arena...i haven't gotten the kyfun like clone yet and maybe i won't ...might wait to see the reviews...if i could buy a real Kayfun in Canada i would in a second...because Chkn says his is really wicked flavor and vape so who knows maybe one day or maybe not...but i sure do love the vaping....yup on the 28 of November last year i posted here that i received my ego battery and ce4....and knew from there after my first vape that cigs were a thing of the past....glad i watched this post so closely...it has changed my life to the better...and yes Coolmd i will stop spending ...maybe he he...

i think your problem is in windows sound properties...go there then click on the recording tab...enable stereo mix....if not you will get those continually...if you don't see stereo mix in the recording tab...the right click on a blank space there and check show hidden devices...that should solve your problem hopefully...or that doesn't work plug in a mic in your sound card in the back of your computer...and not in the front ..good luck my man i think that should solve it though..especially the enable stereo mix option...at least it fixed it for me...i still get it ocassionally but usually when i download a new map and on the modern warfare server....coming from server 1...let us know how it works,,,as for your daughters problem...just go and restore windows to an earlier point when it was working good....good luck bro
