It takes a lot of time to keep our many servers updated with fresh content and we all apprecite the admin who do that job. That said, I'm mostly on COD5 these days except when the small, confined maps come up - the ones where you'd better start shooting the second you spawn because the next second, you're dead. When those come up, I leave and head off to COD4, or 2. To me, the thrill of COD is the hunt - maps with enough elbow room that you've got time to get your bearings and move a bit before you're shot on the spot. But that's just me. Maybe others enjoy these smaller maps where no skill is necessary. Since we seem to have added a few recently, perhaps most folks enjoy these smaller maps. So, just asking here for the enlightenment of our admin on all of our DM servers: which do you prefer?

As CHKN points out, it's a local server ban. With no PB GUID ban, that would not impact consideration here. You could always buy another copy of COD2 to play on their server under a different name, but why would you want to?

The Tea Party does not support eliminating the Social Security program. I support removing it from gov't control and eliminating the disability aspects of it - it should be purely a retirement program managed like a 401K: you get back whatever money you put in, plus interest. But when "your" money runs out, so do the checks. I'm not interested in subsidizing someone else's retirement, nor do I ask other taxpayers to subsidize mine. If the federal gov't would write me a check for what I've paid in over 47 years - plus the interest my money would have earned - I'd opt out today, and retire tomorrow. I have found that most who support redistributing tax dollars wouldn't think of walking down their street handing out part of their paycheck to those less fortunate. But they have no problem with government doing that with somebody else's money, through force.

Mother-in-law died three weeks ago in Northern NY; she had a good run - was two weeks shy of her 95th birthday. The death was expected of course. But then the next week, my nephew died. Here's a guy who had it made; 42, electrical engineering degree from Clarkson, working for the fed. gov't on the St. Lawrence Seaway Development Authority; beautiful wife, bought an old farmhouse which he just this year finished totally rebuilding (just incredible work) and with two young daughters they flew to China to adopt. He goes out into the garage, puts a noose around his neck to masturbate but has it a bit too tight and passes out; slips off the chair and strangles himself. It's called autoerotic asphyxiation and kills about 1,000 people a year. Just boggles the mind that someone would put their life at risk for a jackoff. Wife had no clue he was doing this shit.
