if you tested the outlet by plugging a lamp in then next swap out plug in power cord with another into back of computor and make sure flip power button on rear of pc near plug in power cord is also flipped on and power supply is set to 120 not 240 on back near flip power sw.if you also tried another power supply and nothing powers on then id inspect the power connector from power supply to board and the pins on the board to make sure they dont look bent? tell us if ya figured it out yet.hang in there
