ok i have 4 kids and there is so much filth on the internet I usualy filter most of it thru open dns which i could do with my older wrt router.But i wanna make this sbg6580 work.Anyone have this model???There is a spot to change to static ip yet any config I use wont work to direct to open dns servers....any clue? btw its the new arris model and the menu is different then previous 6580 that clearly had parental controls in the main menu bar.this was removed when arris took ownership ive read? wtf cant his popular feature be on every router.push one button and done already.

my old garbage disposal turns on from a light switch on wall.if i flip it on a spark can seen coming out of sw.So I replaced sw and still happens,thinking now it must be the garbage disposal unit.just replace it?romex comes thru wall and goes into bottom of disposal.

so we have teamspeak already so use it id suggest .all admins have to have it on and when problem occurs you go into ts and find an admin instantly.or if its about messenging then everyone has a messenger program msn or icq is what alot of others use just set one as the clans pik.all on icq or msn to message an admin.we already have that stuff in our profiles on website and messenging on the website too.i thinks this is getting too complicated.have the admins vote on this and tell us what will be used.400 opinions confuses things also found this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_instant_messaging_clients
