Yes. The bottom 2 fans would 'push' air towards to rad and the top fans 'pull' the air out so essentially, all 4 fans are moving air in the same direction, outward. But as Volvo said, check your clearance from your mobo and decide whether you really need them.

A new mobo and cpu is a huge change. Without a clean install, you may be experiencing conflicts between existing drivers. A pain in the butt and time consuming but a clean install I'd say is the best option. JUST REMEMBER TO BACK ALL YOUR PERSONAL FILES AND GAME PROFILES UP! Good luck.

That's the trick now. Can't stay in safe forever. lol If you have the bios updated, try like hammer suggested by using only 1 stick of memory to start and reboot. Worst case is you start over. Was this a clean install of windows?

Your mobo should have come with a disk with drivers on it?

If it runs in safe mode, then it sounds like a driver issue. Trick is to find the troublesome driver. Did you use the disk that came with the board? What are you running for graphics?

Do you get any kind of beeping when it starts up? This could be a trial and error thing as TheHammer suggested. What is the memory you are using?
