DM is a different animal than FT so they behave differently in the mods. In DM, I prefer a single well placed satchel that will take care of them. If not the one, stick it with a sticky.

Found the map. Ironically the map you described is mp_dogville. Haha I disabled the dogs on this map. Thanks

Some of the general server settings are: - player will power rank to unlock weapons only - 15 players per team with 2 reserved slots - teams auto-assign - No limit to # of players for any class - 6 sec spawn protection - health regenerates & bandages enabled - Streaks --> 3 radar, 5 artillery, 7 dogs (kills made by streak do not count towards kill streak) - match win is best 2 of 3 rounds (rounds 10min ea) - team kill is off - gravity and speed are somewhere between our DM and FT servers New rotation will be loaded later this week.

I know the map. Can disable the dogs on this map and see if that clears up thay lag.
