With carbs like chips... a bag or two will do it... family sized. Must have Cheetos but the original.. not the buffy kind. They suck after half a bag. If you need some sugar then captain crunch with the berries. Then have Lucky Charms and eat only the marshmallows. Screw the rest you need to save room and it is just crap ass Cheerios. To top it all of have half gallon of your favorite ice scream. Chocolate with caramel all over it downing in it if my choice and last a plate chocolate chip cookies. If you go in revers order and eat the sugar stuff first...you will pass out on the sugar before you get to the carbs. So I was told.
