Can you open your case and take a picture? If you know the hard drive vers the SSD then just unplug the hard drive with the computer off. Then turn on. Some systems will auto detect the drive is gone and some may make you hit like F2 to continue or it may make you enter the bios then save exit and boot. If you try that and it does not work turn back off and plug it back in. If you are unsure witch is the SSD and witch is the HD then take a picture and we will tell you.

Depending how you installed your OS and other will depend if it is needed. D:\ is that the WD Hard Drive? Do you have all your data backed up? Unplug the older drive and make sure you can book ok still. The drive needs no testing it is failing. Normal for a hard drive. If you have data on it and need to get it off then can still be possible but the more it runs the less it will be. If not needed just unplug the power to it. If you need a new D: drive.. go buy one. Dont even bother trying to fix your old one. Hard Drives are designed to fail. A tool just in case you are wanting to save the data.
