anyone an expert with this,,im rying to get pics off my phone onto my computer...i back up everything but i cant see it on my comp??? i did google it,,lolol,,cleared cache etc..restarted,,im doing something wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have it reversed so it shows all pics from comp[ om my phone,,lolol

load your disc,,then you will need to install all the patches,,we have them on the forums under downloads,,,yes do them all in order,,reboot comp after each one,,,sometimes it does not register until you do this. Are you windows 10 or 7 and are you running through steam? if you are install there and it will update it all for you

yes unplug it,,when you turn it back on look at what is loaded,,run every anti whatever program you have,,you may have a bug

wow that a lot of rerouting!!,,did yut ry unplugging everything,,router modem,,let sit for 5 min then plug back in?? cold boot comp? try a diff server to ping
