On Saturday, I purchased a new gaming laptop from Tiger Direct. At the time of purchase, the item was in stock. I even took a screenshot. Since I had the money, I paid for next day shipping. It said it would arrive on Tuesday, yesterday. When I got home from work yesterday, my Dad told me no packages came in. So, I went on Tiger Direct's website to track my order. All of a sudden, it says the product is back-ordered (Lie #1). Then, I called their customer service to find out what happened. Long story short, their warehouse down in Georgia received a shipment of the laptops yesterday, Tuesday. The customer service representative apologized for the inconvenience and said it will ship out today, Wednesday (Lie #2). I got home from work today, went on their website, and it still has not shipped yet. My plan was to have everything installed on the new laptop before Friday, so I could fully enjoy this weekend. Now, I'll be lucky to have it by Friday. At the very least, I should be refunded the next-day shipping cost. False advertisement. Bull shit.
