Thanks; they were very tender & tasty. I'm surprised the flavor Old Bay added, not what I expected; it's more versatile & adds different notes or whatever depending on the dish in which its used & when it's added. Which makes sense, since the same seasoning can taste different in the same dish when added at different times. Just like pepper, for example: Adding it before you cook yields different results than adding it as you start cooking is different than adding it towards the end of cooking is different than adding it after the dish is finished. Garlic being a really excellent example. Reminds me of chess, where move order will provide dramatically different results in the opening, middle & endgames. Now I'm hungry again. Good thing I made 30 or 40 to freeze extra. =D
