Hey that's great for you. Your right not everyone is lazy because they dress lazy. I have been around a lot of logistics companies and have seen the people that roll out of bed and come to work at 8 and then get coffee and mill around until 9-9:30 the they start to do some work then go to lunch at noon and then come back at 1:15 then have to go to the bathroom and maybe have to get caught up with people. then leave at 4. Yes there are people that dress however they want and do a hell of a job. But that's not the majority. I am just calling it how I see it. So if I offended anyone that wasn't my point.

People that dress lazy for work will work lazy. When in the Marines we had to always adhere to a dress code and I am thankful for it. Now that I own my own company and work from home I still dress not lazy. I have gone to businesses where people look like they just rolled out of bed and to me it gives a bad image of the people I am dealing with. And, if you don't like the enforced dress code go work somewhere else.

In game are the sniper rifles ability to kill people turned down? I have been in game several times and have shot people point blank several times and it doesn't even scratch them. Would be interested to know.
