    The hope is that menial jobs like flipping burgers is automated so that humanity can focus on more intellectual things. (and also that it would drive down cost of food) The article was correct in that although it will reduce jobs in one sector... it will open up new types of jobs somewhere else. Robots will never be creative, imaginative, inventive, (truly) artistic, or even learn on the level that humans can. In any job where you use your brain, you're "safe" from the robot invasion.

    I would advise against some of the cheaper insurance companies... They are great until you need to file a claim. Most of the time they will barter with you and settle for a small payment and talk you out of filing a claim. I have statefarm. I've never had a problem with my one claim. (totaled car, no collision, full liability though) I've also done things like have them pay for a new windshield when it was cracked by a rock. Only cost my $100 after all said and done.

    It goes on sale in the humble bundle sometimes. I got it for $1 there. Some of the other members have also found good deals for $5. Ask around. Some people still have unused copies from that sale. If you're willing to wait a few weeks, you're bound to see it on sale at least once.
