    Mainly reds, some california. We just pour it into mason jars when warm and freeze them.

    Actually not! These fish are terrible table fare, taste really bad. Even though the lake is fed by fresh water, it is super akaline. Comes from the Truckee River, which flows out of Lake Tahoe
