The jury-slip and jury instructions are shit. Even running them through ChatGPT didn't really clear up how to fill it in based on what jurors might think. Plus it's probably unconstitutional to not protect accused from double-jeopardy. This case should be scary to Americans and once done there should be a long hard look at corruption in Mass and the judicial system.

The corruption was strong today. Brennan extra slimy. And Judge Cannolli ... the sighing and rushing the defense and then allowing Brennan to try to trick the jury, and denying one of the most qualified experts I've ever heard. This whole thing is amazing to me. Countries fall when their judicial system becomes corrupted.
