ok, not the power supply but it sounds like a power issue. are you plugged into a surge protector? Maybe its going bad, has a bad cord, or maybe the outlet is messed up. plug it in another outlet and see whats up also did you get another power cord with the new power supply? Maybe the cord is bad

That map will crash my game every time someone has called in the dogs and I am running along the cliff. Every time. Also it has a bad spawn in the shelf unit in the corner of one of the houses, reloading the map will not fix that. I just stay off the cliff path when dogs are running and if I spawn in that shelf, go to spectate and come back, you should spawn somewhere else. -
