It's such a sad thing that has happened. I'm praying for these folks and also praying they put the tax dollars back into the Mental health area that has been so easily taken away over the years....if you look at these atrocities it's obvious these folks are mental on a serious level and should be dealt with accordingly for everyone's sake.
