Rex can try compatibility mode by first collect all game updates then load files on PC without installing and place in a folder then right the install.exe select as run by admin for game and all updates once all done then select compatibility mode by right click game.exe properties then select compatibility mode

to help the map manager us players need to chip in too by leaving a bad map and go back into server info and collect the name of the bad map doing this only take 3 minutes tops sure a big help to all people envolved to a better gaming exprierence

tex you still not answer question of where your computer is ? did check email history of steam, for when change happened would got notice account changes does EX or son know your email info ? best change password now to lock them out of remote access of email

Tex question do they have your computer that games were purchased on or they never had your computer just password ? did you keep any emails from steam confirming purchases of games in your email history ?

Steam right click game then properties then local files then check verifiy files PC delete file or rename old start game in MP and let it download oh sure you have same version game as server ?
