My job is hiring another Plant Supervisor I have only been there 7 months as a maintenance tech. But I have done there kind of work for 5 years. I was a maintenance supervisor at 3 plants in the past but it dont look so good for that there anytime soon. So I'm putting in for it on Monday and it will be about a $12000 a year increase! HeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeHaaaaaaaa!

SgtHarryWeezer How long does withdrawel last? The rest of your life. You'll always crave a cigarette but as time goes on, you can more easily ignore it. Doing this for your children is the best motivator there is. Hang in there. The first week is relatively easy; and so is the second. For me, it was always the third week that did me in. Bottom line, quitting smoking is purely a question of willpower. If you WANT to quit, you will. Anytime you feel the craving is going to get the best of you, got for a walk, or go hug one of your kids. You CAN do it!!! Ditto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
