    IF YOU ARE NOW GETTING THIS ON MAP CHANGE go to your mod folder and erase all the weapon .iwds shown below from the ximw2test mod folder and try again.

    This type of gameplay is often caused by high ping or low memory/low end grahics card on the pc in my experience.
