I've always wanted a tattoo but have never been able to afford one. When I can, I want to get >XI< tattooed on my wrist.

If you cannot attend on that date and time, please call me well in advance. Be sure to notify us if you change your address or telephone number. If necessary, I will call you to schedule an appointment to discuss your testimony. Otherwise, I will discuss your testimony with you on the day of trial. Ladies should wear modest dresses or pants and blouse. Men should wear casual slacks and a shirt with a collar. Never wear blue jeans or a tee shirt to court. Yours truly, John B. Fox

As many of you know, both my hands were injured on the job at walmart. Walmart then fired me for attendance while I was at appointments with the surgeon and in physical therapy. Workman's comp did not pay me until after the surgery to my right hand, and stopped after 2 months. The surgeon has stressed that I require surgical intervention on my left hand as well to release the dequervain's tendonitis in my thumb. At this time, I can't bend my thumb without severe pain. In laymen terms it's called trigger finger (or thumb) Anyway, my lawyer and walmart had a mediation but walmart did not agree to the terms. This means that the case will be going to trial on 09/09/13. I am going to dress nice and simply tell the truth, but I'm terrified. I know that people can twist what is said so it means something else. Also, I don't know what actually happens at a trial. I've seen them on TV, but is that an accurate portrayal? Have any of you been to trial? Should I dress business formal or business casual? My hair is so long it touches the bottom of my butt cheeks, should I wear it up... would that be more professional than having it down? Please give me advice on this.

@loader I keep searching this site but the lease they want is about $80, which I don't have. it sucks not having a car. even if i could find a new job I couldn't get to itt. and forget about shopping for groceries. but thanks for the tip anyway. Most of the time I dressed skimpy, but when the UK guys were there, I knew better! LOL Yes, I was a blonde My friend, Pam, always came by when the UK guys were there. She liked the guy from London. I liked the guy from Wales These two guys were SO much fun. This night they held me down and gave me hickies on both sides of my neck. My boyfriend at the time left me because of it... I didn't care. I had my welsh boys to play with! Me and my guy (center). Pam and her guy (right). Little did she know the dude had whiskey dick and she was majorly disappointed when she bedded him. My guy was AWESOME!

I mean that until I had cancer and was bed ridden for a year, then the depression both of which lead me to over eat, I was thin. I was thin most of my life, until now. I hate being fat. People make fun of me and no one wants to date me because of it. and I"m an awesome girlfriend: I cook, clean, not jealous, not needy, and am up for anything sexually. being fat sucks. Here is a pic of me thin. *edit: I have lots of pictures of me thin, but I like this one because I was trying on my sister's dress and it reminds me of her before she had dementia

I'm so sorry you are going through this. Feeling violated is a normal reaction because you were violated; maybe not in a physical way, but it was a violation to enter your home and take your things. I was robbed about 15years ago. I was sleeping and some guy broke in and took everything he could carry, even my weed (I smoked a lot of weed back then). It turned out that he had robbed at least 8 other houses including a cops house. They called him the Sneaky Burglar (lame). When he was caught and confessed he said he was going to rape me, but my neighbors (I was in a double) started arguing loudly (common) and he got scared he would be caught. He only robbed places where everyone was asleep.
