The cops are not gonna do squat to joe blow pot smoker. Thats not what they are after. Right now they are raiding dispensaries around our area for things such as giving away freebies, no taxes, holding contests to draw in buisness. As fast as they raid, they open back up. Both my dispensaries have been raided once. Both back open within 24 hours. Cops came in, let people in the middle of transactions finish, told others to go home. Told the "budtenders" to call the owners/CEO to come in. Once they got there the budtenders were allowed home no charges, any charges laid were on the owners. My friend/owner of one (this is true shit story not through the grapevine) An undercover came into the shop and said he did not do drugs or anything but was looking to help his grandmother who was ill at home and couldnt get out battling cancer. He took pity and helped the guy out. Soon as sale was done he was placed under arrest and the back up came in. BY THE LAW HE WAS WRONG!!! I will not in any way deny that, he supplied medicine to someone without a 'script. Read by the law he was wrong. Would he do it again? You are damn right he would, what if the next time there was a grandma? These guys are not your back alley dime bag dealers. They see a FUTURE in this. And there will be one like it or not, the science behind it and its medicinal help is nothing short of amazing. These guys actually care about people. They are VERY compassionate and at times like in every day life that is their downfall. I will always support not only medicinal marijuana use but recreational as well. It is a natural plant (when I mentioned genetically altered in my earlier post I was talking cross breeding of plants to form a more potent of even mixed plant) and its uses are AMAZING!!! and trust me, I HAVE educated myself on it for years and if it wasnt for the wishes of my wife not to get involved until it IS fully legal I would have a shop of my own by now through MMJ in my area.... would save me the hour drive oncew a week... Eh Johnny, There prices are fairly similar to where I have been going, I go to MMJ Canada (one of the best and largest Medical walkin store front shops in Canada) They have 2 shops in Hamilton, 3 shops in Toronto, and 3 in Vancouver, The are the cats ass for buds, priced either $10 a g or $12 depending on quality. THen My regular go to stop is Mary Janes Closet. They have an amazing selection of buds from $8 a gram up to 12 a gram. And a huge selection of concentrates. I just joined Royal Farmacy yesterday and they are going to get me my MMPR card so then I will be total legal allowed to buy from a licensed producer. I prefer the walk in shops as compaired to buying online, this way I get to see and smell my dank before getting it! Had some train wreck last week that was bomb assd, and some Headband also. I love me my medicinal weed!!!

I know both have a fairly cheap and actually not too bad buffet, not lobster and steak, but sustainable food that aint gonna kill ya LOL. Ok, so Most know I do radio contests all the time. Most of the announcers know me by voice when I call, One such announcer (they dont like being called DJ's I have learned, DJ's work at clubs) Craig Fee, has a daily contest between 3-4pm that he comes up with some weird poll type question like "5 of 6 Canadian women like "this" before bed" type thing, has callers call in with answers and shit till he gets the right one, sometimes people start calling in before he has even given the question and he puts them on the spot on air. One such thing happened today, only it was a Rogers communication (#1 Cable and Internet dealer in our area) dude offering him better internet and homephone deals. He starts trolling the dude, dude doesnt know he is live on air on the radio, thinks he has dialed a regular landline. The announcer trolls him for a good 5 minutes then says he is going to loop in someone else, I had been calling and had a line ringing, it happened to be mine he goes to. I start telling him he can get a better deal, he recognizes my voice and introduces me as his boyfriend. I am all in at this point and we have a blast with this guy, at the end of the 12 minutes, the Rogers communications rep calls us "fucking assholes" and hangs up!!! We could have this fuckers job if we wanted! Instead, we got what they call "Radio gold"! Its a bit long, 12 minutes, but worth it for the Fucking Assholes at the end!!! Ever wonder what over 500lbs lost looks like? Between my brother Sister and I we have collectivly lost OVER 500lbs of fat in the last 2 years. My Brother was the largest, he started 1st, well My sister started years ago and lost a shit load but put a bunch back on, but this go around my brother started, then I started not even knowing he was losing weight, we both showed up at a family function, him down about 70lbs at the time me down about 40, then my sister joined in again and started her journey once more. My parents also just recently started losing weight and are about 80lbs lost between them! Between the 5 of us we are over 600lbs lost. A family that gets fat together loses the weight together!!!! My sister wants to try to get us all on Ellen or something once we all reach goal. Ya often hear of people losing huge amounts of weight, but how often do you hear of a whole family binding together and losing such a huge amount of weight? I wish I had a before picture of us all at our largest, but understandably we were into all that keen on getting our pics taken at our largest, so you will have to settle for this, the Murphy kids at over 500lbs lost!!

No secret bro, 3 healthy meals a day, lots of veggies, hardly no breads at all, cut back my portion size and mall walk 1 hour a day. Never even looked at a gym or a treadmill or a wrap or a diet protein shake. I NEEDED to be able to do it using the foods my family normally eats.
