  1. Loved The Band. Favorite song from them is still Chest Fever. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h_7q9_EJYvE
  2. Strategy campaigns are what got me into computer gaming. Still keep an Apple 2 simulator installed, so I can play the games that got me hooked back in the early eighties. Kind of like the old Avalon Hill bookcase games.
  3. Have a grand ol' day Mr. Weezer! Happy Birthday Harry!
  4. Yeah SOB, think Connery said he wanted to do something different, before he was typecast as 007 forever. The original Italian Job is a hoot w/Benny Hill. "Big, I likes em' big y'see. Big!" Love the title song too.
  5. Mustang! The only car in that movie was a black 68 Charger RT. Bud Ekins had to leave off the throttle otherwise that poor little Ford would have only seen mopar tailights fading away.
  6. Yep, loved Sinbad. How about the Matt Helm movies? They don't require a lot of thought.
  7. The Hill is a bit too British for most Hollywood folks, although I cherish it. A more watchable movie is Play Dirty with Michael Caine & Nigel Davenport. Davenport played a marvelous role as an undisciplined, rotten scoundrel. I think he thoroughly enjoyed playing his part. In an earlier thread, SOB led me to several Brit war movies I'd never seen, and Ice Cold in Alex turned out to be a gem.
  8. What about Ben Hur? "We keep you alive to serve this ship. Row well, and live, Forty-one." Not to mention Haya Harareet was one cute Jewess in that movie.
  9. Why did God create armadillos? So Rednecks could have 'possum on the half-shell.
  10. Mmmmmm, revenge spawns. Nothing pisses Barnes off more. I love it when he gets killed by me right in the middle of gloating.
  11. John Wayne had a string of westerns I never tire of. El Dorado, Rio Lobo, Rio Bravo, all come to mind. " I would've shot her, but she had such purty legs"
  12. I have a problem with Beers gassing me helpless, molotov cocktailing me to death, and then chuckling over my corpse. That's some kinda wrong, that is.
  13. Father Goose. Any movie that Cary Grant did suits me.
  14. Not long, I'm guessing, BTW, what about Scarlett?
  15. Oohhhh LOM, that's just wrong, even for you. Yeah @@Bullet I know. It would take a belt-fed weapon, preferably a multi- barreled one, to achieve that rate of fire. A SAW or M60 would be very unhappy fired continuously for a burst that long. That's a LOT of heat. You would have to reload an AR-15 12 times with 30 round mags, and it wouldn't be pleased after about 90 rounds of fire. Ads are ads, whether they contain the truth or not.
  16. What LOM? No pictures of Kate in zero G? You must be slipping, but then again, you are getting up in years.
  17. BTW LOM, I'll see your Kate & raise you an Eva & an Ellen.
  18. Happy Birthday Mikey!
  19. Here's a chick more your speed. And she even likes Canadian beer.
  20. LOL, my point is, there are only a very few weapons in the world that can match that performance. None are particularly portable, and none are in civilian hands. But we need to be "saved" from this horror. Don't know about you lads, but I have other things that concern me more. Like maybe, Guinness or a craft IPA for breakfast...mmmmmmm beer.
  21. This sounds like the gun to have...
  22. Have a great Birthday SlowFry, smoke em' if you got em'!
  23. What bothers me more SOB, were the comments online praising her and cheering her on. Have another bowl of fruit loops for breakfast, somebody will be along to change your diapers my little hippy wonder children.
  24. Awww, the poor thing. She had to draw the short straw and take down Shrek. I hope all the rest of the girls appreciate her sacrifice. Congratulations to you both!
