COD 2 Installation

To add to Goggles list... When you install don't use auto install...Use the "setup exe." file on the disk...Also run as Administrator and in XP compatibility mode... :) EDIT: The version of DirectX you need is DirectX 9... Here's a good tutorial... -

I don't have any experience with Win 8 so I can't really say what issues if any there may be...As far as the version it is 1.3...Make sure you have directx 9... :) -

They are just playing dumb about it...I was on their forum two days ago and we are not the only ones with the problem... :) -

I know that mod exists but as far as I know it isn't part of the mod we use...Also if it was a mod, everyone would have seen it...I was the only one that could see it...Weird... :) -
Tonight on the DM server whenever Stayalive would spawn I would see him spawn as a fighter plane...Everyone else seen him as a normal player...It was so funny to watch a plane run around I dropped to spectate and video'd it...Check it out on my xfire... :)

Don't auto run...Open the file and run from the install.exe...Run as administrator...Also run in compatibility mode XP service pack 2...Make sure you have direct x 9 and patch 1.3... :) -

COD2 is where the Idiots (>XI<) started and many still play there...If you have any problem getting the game loaded just give a shout and someone will help you out...Looking forward to abusing you, um...er...I mean seeing you in game...
