Hi KaptCrunch its an old card now mate (NVidia gtx470). I have had it from new and its more than paid for its self, when I rebuilt my PC the last time I upgraded everything except the GPU (ran out of funds lol) And the power supply is rock solid II00W Coolermaster more than twice the power I really need but I got it at a great price at the time.

Hi Sammy I have tried that mate you advised me to do that about a month ago lol. I reapplied the thermal paste and although it helped for a little while I just think it put off the inevitable. And sorry mate I was not clear I can maybe last a round before it crashes with cod4 but the likes of Titanfall or Battlefield4 and I am very lucky if it lasts a round.

Well I have not been able to game properly for weeks and now I cant game full stop. Every time I load a game It crashes with various errors, if its not NVidia drivers stopped working its a full crash. I have narrowed it down to the GPU. I took out the one in my sons comp and had no problem but put mine in his and crash. Funny thing is at the moment I can do most other things on my pc but game :rant: So I am getting a new GPU at the end of the month, and it will not be NVIDIA I am sick and tired of the issues every time they release new drivers it causes hassle so going back to AMD rock solid and reliable. HXTR my friend their is multiple posts on the go at the moment for Boomer and the actual responses are well over 200 we are running a cod4 server in his memory playing just his maps and if you go to facebook you will find multiple posts on there as well.. Hi guy's I need your help I am getting computer crashes everytime I play a game, it does not matter which game eg cod4 or titanfall I will happily be playing then crash the comp locks up and all I can do to recover is restart the comp its doing my head in... Well I am starting with E-Cigs 24mgms first week then next 2 weeks 12mgms then finally 1 or 2 weeks on 5mgms then just going to use an empty one just until I can break the physical habit of holding something while driving. That's my plan unfortunately every time I have tried cold turkey I have failed badly... But the nurse at my Doctors is going to back me up with a weekly visit to the surgery to check my peak flow and weight and to give some encouragement so there is no excuse this time. I have been told as well that as I stop I should start doing some gentle exercise one to keep weight down and two its a great way to demonstrate to your self how much more energy I will have over time as my lungs slowly recover.

Well Guy's I have been thinking its long over due....................................................................... After 32 years of smoking I need to stop so as of tomorrow at 6am I will no longer be lighting up..Its a health decision my Asthma has started to play up and climbing the stairs is leaving me out of breath. On a brighter note it will save me £6000 a year...... wish me luck
