I have been thinking since I first read this and posted we are all asking Manthis to explain this and let us know whats happening......But I really hate to say this and I am sorry but someone has to What about Jack ?? If he has passed away then God bless and RIP. But I am thinking putting 2 and 2 together that he is not and is part of this awful mess and if so its not Just Manthis who needs to explain this but ALSO Jack.....

Hi hackeklaus it was a combination of problems but after speaking to LaRSin via x-fire he was able to help me sort it and everything is sweet again. Mainly it was airflow through the case that was causing it to overheat but its all good now. Playing MOH at full spec and its running at 77*c which is cool

Just wanted to say a public thank you to LaRSin for all his help. As some of you might know from my previous post I was having issues with my Gpu overheating ect ect Anyway LaRSin spoke to me through X-Fire and pointed out a few things to try and bingo everything is sweet again and I am back gaming again. Big Thanks Mate for helping an Idiot in need.

hi guys well its good news and bad I flipped over the power supply reversed the top fan to bring air into the case, Fitted a manual switch so I can really crank up the intake fan at the front. Now the bad I stripped down the graphics card to re-paste the heatsink so no problem untill I DESTROYED the cover by stepping on it so now I have had to improvise and to get round this I fitted another small exhaust fan on the back of the case which in theory should draw the Air across the graphics card and keep it cool... I also rewired all cables after these pics to give the best airflow through the case.. so I NOW HAVE A FRONT INTAKE FAN WITH ADJUSTABLE SPEED CONTROL A SIDE INTAKE FAN STRAIGHT ON TO GPU THE TOP FAN INTAKES NOW AND 2 REAR EXHAUST FANS TEMP NOW SITTING AT 20 DEG C / 68 DEG F ON IDLE

Guy's you are amazing thank you for all your help I will take your advice and create better airflow through the comp. I did not even think that I could be causing the problems my self, but like most novices I thought having the fan at the top exhausting the air out the case would draw air away from my gpu and the fans on my cpu are also drawing air away as well so no wonder my GPU is overheating. Lesson learned lol

Damn I never even noticed that The good thing is there are exhaust vents underneath the power supply so turning it over will not be a problem. I cant believe I never noticed that what a bloody Idiot I am lol. Well thats the first thing to try thank you . Sometimes you look for problems and forget to check the obvious

Card is about a year old and it used to overheat when playing crysis thats why I changed my case to add more cooling and that seemed to work until I started playing MOH now its overheating again. And I know the ports are clear because every 2 months I strip it down and clean it and the last time I cleaned it was 3 days ago.

Oh just to let you know since that pic I removed the middle bay to Increase the Air flow even more from the front intake fan and it made no difference to the gpu

Hi guys I Have an NVidia GTX470 that is overheating big time. I need a better way of cooling it now I have more than enough Fans in my comp and the rest of my PC is cool very cool. Its just the gpu thats causing the problem As you will see fans front back side and large exhuast Fan in the top

Yep I agree the logging on can be a pain and there are a few bugs online. So far there is a lot of potential and the maps are good upto now but only played half a dozen of them so far lol

Hi guy's I have just completed the single player campaign and although its not quite as good as Battlefield 3 I enjoyed it a lot and found it challenging in places. The graphics are good storyline was ok too. weapons handled well and I Loved the Sniper rifle having to adjust elevation for distance was realistic. On the whole its a lot better than the Blackops and MW3 so I would so far say its a good game. And now to test the multiplayer I will let you know how that goes..

Miranda like all the others I will not say good bye. I will see you later when things are sorted out and life treats you a little better. It has been a pleasure and an honour to have played with you and Jack in our servers. Please remember though that you have so many friends and family here who will never forget you. You have touched so many hearts here and Jack showed so much courage and strength that he has inspired people to be better than they are and never quit always fight.
