  1. PSS: There are settings that burn up anyone who sits still too long. A while back the admins turned them on and lots of people got upset (could they be the campers)? We just have to face that campers are playing there and go on. One of them has bragged for years that he does it, and then accuses others. I really don't blame our admins, I mean they can regulate game play, but they can't teach character. Camping outside spawns is a character issue. Thanks to all the folks that make ACE Mod a great place to play. nuff said
  2. Dean, don't worry about all that stuff. Your great with the knife and I for one definately enjoy playing against you (and stabbing you back). ACE Mod is a great place even with the honorless corner dwellers who hide outside spawn sites and shoot. Just knife them and go on. PS: Budman, I enjoyed stabbing you last night too. Glad they made you an admin. Congrats! Gary
  3. Yep, while you're at it jail that third grade soccer player who was drinking energy drinks before the big game It all starts with those evil energy drinks
  4. Love Dickens. A Christmas Carol is one of my all time favorites. Robert Louis Stevenson was great too! Treasure Island is awesome.
  5. Merry Christmas all! Great day! Friends, family and snow!
  6. Bluebird is planning to get it today. I hope it's better than the last one.
  7. Hey, Just wanted to say thank you for being such a great group of players. One of our adoptive kids (Junkyard Dog) played some maps the other day and had a great time. Budman, he really appreciated you stepping in front of his pistol several times, you're really a selfless player. Anyway, thank you for making his time fun and Budman, thanks for talking to him, he really enjoyed playing against you. If you knew his story, you'd understand why I'm saying thank you. Fins Up! 8. You are in our prayers Ausi, enjoy playing COD4 with you.
  9. So true. When my first two boys were 5 and 12 I took them to Arlington to watch a Seahawks-Cowboys game along with another friend of the family. A doctor we know gave me his season tickets, 45 yard line I think row 25. Nice seats. I am a life long Dolphin fan, but it was sweet to see Aikman, Smith and company. From the start it was clear that being in such nice seats did not shield us from the morons. the language was way over the top, and at one point I told one of the guys sitting behind us that he needed to chill. His friends told him to chill as well and the game went on (as did his drinking). Finally, he ended up dumping beer down my 12 year olds back and when my son looked at him, this guy says "What?" I went over the seat, turned his shoulder and pinned his head to the backrest. To the stadium's credit, security arrived within seconds and they hauled him and his buddies out. After that, it was all good. I have since taken our sons and grandsons to Jerry's Palace, and that trip was much better. People ribbed us for wearing Dolphin gear, but all in good fun. There is a lot of security.
  10. Jimmy Buffett with a side of Bob Marley. JAH! Be Pono! Landshark
  11. I think back to those brave americans on 9/11 that decided it would be better to crash into a field, than allow the terrorists to hit Washington DC. There are times when sacrifice is needed by a few, to prevent the deaths of many. It's not fair, but freedom, as they say, requires blood sacrifice to be maintained. That is not just limited to those in uniform. There are many brave souls standing watch today, and I thank God for them, but I for one would rather die at the hands of American fighter pilots, then in the hands of terrorists, accomplishing their twisted goals. Shoot the plane down, then honor the sacrifice of those who die by eliminating those responsible. Soldier on the battle field, Sailor on the sea; Pilot in the bright blue sky, All willing to die to keep us free. Be Pono! Landshark
  12. Spent a week near Marble Colorado. Colorado is an awesome place.
  13. My mom suffered three strokes last Thursday. She is in the hospital. Our family asks that those of you who pray remember her as you do. She's a wonderful lady, a great mom and was one of my best friends growing up. Thanks! Landshark
  14. Well, it's two days before I head back home to Florida for a week of rest and some fishing. Should be a great time and the wife kids and grandkids are stoked about it. I have one Grandson who wants me to try and surf with him (I havent for 32 years), so if you see an old kook out there trying to get back some old glory, that'll be me. Please follow my ambulance to the local Hospital and offer your support See you idiots in a week or so. Landshark
  15. Glad you are doing better. Never forget that tomorrow would not be the same without you. Life has cold moments, but they pass. Never use a permanent solution for a temorary problem. I have been down my share of rough roads, as most of us have, and found that each dawn still brought a new day filled with possibilities. God is a grand Creator, and you his finest work. Get out there and tell your story, and encourage others, there are many who are lonely and desperately need to know that someone cares. Be Pono! Landshark
  16. Our family is praying for her. We wish her a speedy recovery. Psalms 27:14
  17. Sad stuff. Here, a Pit Bull caught running loose is put down. They've had a bunch of attacks here.
  18. Totally agree. Thanks for all of your hard work too.
  19. Rugger, thanks for all of your hard work! We appreciate you.
