I believe in CO many current cases have been dropped, it will take time to sort out the legal complexities of a case between a violation of state or federal law. Only sates laws are changed, Federal remains as was.

Well, my stock on a whim, Medical Marijuana Inc. (MJNA) is dropping, down from $0.13 to $0.09, I have lost all of $25.00. Oh the pain of it all.

Kind of amazing that two countries founded on wars against each other wind up being the best of allies. Too often hostilities are embedded in the psyche of the people and are never resolved. Very often it is simply because of bias and not material reasons.

West Norriton, PA, come on up.........or down I might add that this is something my wife had started as an impulsive gesture quite a few years back while eating breakfast at a local restaurant. I for one support legalization of marijuana even though I have never tried it. Personally I do not think it is any worse than alcohol which I do try. The legalization of pot in the states of Washington and Colorado is only the beginning of what proponents of legalization wanted. Federal Law takes precedent but now the door is open to contest Federal Laws in the courts from a much stronger position. Exactly what the proponents wanted. This will probably eventually go before the Supreme Court of the US with legalization in a much stronger position. Legalization of marijuana would be a windfall in money for both Federal and State government. Law enforcement costs drops, violence related to traffickers drops and income from taxes will rocket up. We are talking Billions here. IMHO a Win - Win situation for all. FYI if anyone is interested in my financial meanderings I just bought stock in Medical Marijuana Inc. Only a pittance mind you, 650 shares at $0.13 per share for a grand total of about $78.00. Hardly as much as a nice dinner out for myself and a guest. I had that money sitting and wasting away in a money market in my IRA so I decided to play with it. Considering the apparent behavior of Manthis and Unionjack I am impressed with the reactions of the XI members. Personally I would have reacted with anger, vindictiveness and hatred. To XI's credit most have not. Pretty good for a bunch of Idiots.

Life is like a roller coaster, you are going slow and easy up the hill. You hit the crest at 40 and the downhill ride goes very fast. The other option to see how old you are is to use a tape measure. What's the average age of an American male, maybe 76??. Pull the tape out to 76 and put your finger on the inch mark of your age. Gives a good visual indication of about how much time may you have left. Oh, and if you do not wear glasses get ready for a pair between 40 - 45.
