OK, my son has partly broken on headset. I've got sound but mic is busted. It's a toss up between the Logitec G35 or the razer Tiamat due for release any time now. Should I go for the workign and trusted G35, or pay more and get the new Razer Tiamat? Thoughts please.

Hi Everyone, After reviewing many requests about this new website, it has become apparent that having some form of translator is the most popular. Unfortunately there isn't a translator for this, however there are language packs for the various modules (forums, downloads, store, etc). Now I would like to test this out on our TEST site, before introducing it here. This is for several reasons: 1. I don't want to potentially mess up a working live site. 2. The language packs may be rubbish, and not interpret English very well, thus better not to install them. Now I think it best that we try the 3 main lanuages of this clan other than English. These being German, Dutch and French. Basically I need volunteers to help test. You must be fluent in English and one of the above 3 languages. Please also ONLY volunteer if you have the time and effort to take this seriously, and can give the language pack the country of origin's seal of approval. If you don't understand what I'm typing, please don't volunteer! Would all volunteers please send me a PM if interested. If I get more than more for each language, I will pick one person. Don't get offended if you aren't picked. It's just easier to deal with a smaller group. This idea still requires approval from the Senior Admin Team, so it may or may not go ahead. Furthermore, please feel free to leave sensible comments, DO NOT TROLL THIS TOPIC!!! Regards, Cavey

Daz, if you go to the members list and find the person you are looking for, you should see their xfire if they have provided it. As clan memebrs, this is a must, though because the site is only 48hrs old, many may not have done it yet

Top Tip # 2: So you want to make friends on the website and use the friends system? However you would like to decide who you are friends with? Well by default anyone add you as a friend. To change this so you can accept and decline a friends request, simply clcik on your name at the top of the website, and choose "My Settings". Then half way down that page under the Friends section, put a tick against "Allow me to approve members before they're added as a friend". Then save changes at the bottom of the page. Now when someone requests to be friends with you you will get a notification in the little globe next to your PM envelope at the top of the website. Simply click on the friend request and either accept or decline the request. Job Done.

This is a topic to post your toptips on using the new website. This gives people an opportunity to learn the website more quickly. Top Tip # 1: When you have uploaded your image for a signature, and it appears in the signature window. Highlight the signture, and click the Center button (like you would center text in Microsoft Word. Now save, and your signature will always appear in the center below your posts.

OK open up the youtube vid that you want to post in another window. Then click into the posting section, and press the youtube button. Now copy the ENTIRE youtube URL from www.youtube all the way to the end. Paste it in the content window and click ok. Then hit post.
