Hi Everyone, I've been using the old trusty Linksys WAG325N for many years now. I like Linksys as they are a division of Cisco, and very reliable. This one has done me proud, but it's time for a new one. What do you recommend? It must be PPPoA compatible, with wireless N built in. I have heard a lot of great reviews for many years about the Draytek products, and this one seems like a good bet http://www.draytek.co.uk/products/vigor2710.html (obviously I would look at the n model not the Vn, as I have no interest in VOIP at home). What I particulary like about this is the USB NAS. I have a USB Western Digital 1TB external HDD, and this would make life easier to backup photos, etc from my PC and the wife's laptop. It saves having a shared map drive from my machine to my wife's laptop, and having my machine on (in hindsight I should have gone for a wirless one, but Hay-ho). My machine would be wired to the router, with the wife's laptop and my iPhone wirelessly connected. The only disappointment is no Gigabit LAN, but not the end of the world. Crysis is the ultimmate test for any graphics card. It could also be the resolution you are running at. Go into the graphics section of the game, and try all the settings at the lowest, then work your way up, until you almost reach overload.

PrPleKusH well now my cod4 doesnt work preperly, it says i have to make ap rofile and everything.. plus my graphics have been reset :/ it didnt delete my cod files or ne thing did it ??? In short no. This feature does exactly what Phantom said. It prevents access until you say yes. If you went into UAC and selected Never, then all it's doing is turning this feature off, and will never ask you again. Other than that, it doesn't touch any files, oor make any changes to programs. This feature can be useful in a home environment, but is a big pain in the ass administering at work. When I build machines at work, we always turn this off.

Hi Zoe, I think that's a great idea. I may post on a topic, then blink and before you know it you have to go back dozens of topics to find it. I know about the subscription option, however I don't want 100's of emails. It would be really nice to click a minus symbol which would suppress the visibility of a whole forum or sub catagory, thus just leaving the ones you're interested in.
