My mouse tracks about 3" right and 4" down from where the curser is.... what I mean is if I want to point HERE then i put my mouse curser HERE..... If your using a mouse pad try a different one. If you could test it out on a different computer it would eliminate the option of bad drivers as well as seeing if its a hardware issue too (bad Mouse).
