Was trying to think of what a pandaren beer recipe might be like. the wiki lore goes on about them brewing ales using rare spices and ingredients.

Based on the culture they would problaly use rice as a base then it would probably be like a classic mums beer (lots of different spices)

the price depends how far you really want to go i started with a 5 gallon brew kit 70$ and then bought a partial mash kit then moved up to an all grain setup (mash tun and a larger boil kettle and glass carboy)

presonaly i think the all grain is the best way to learn but it is a pricer setup and you can brew beer just as well with a partial mash setup (plus you lose about 2 hours of work)

if you want to partial mash you will need: 7 gallon pot, chiller(most use a a copper coil or a blickmen chiller), carboy(or other fermentation device) hydrometer(measures alcohol content based on liquid density), then cap the carboy with an airlock and cork.

if you want to do all grain all u need in addition a mash tun i use a 55 gallon cooler(from sams club) that i added a valve and a screen to

theres so much out there on brewing the price really depends how far you go for my current setup i spent around 450$ and i spend about 35$ on ingredients(5 gallon batch) mostly for an English ale http://beerrecipes.org/ has some good ones but for beginners i would start with a kit

Very Good Explanation.

Simple Single Infusion Mash Will Make Great Ales & Even A Decent Kolsch.

Extract Can Produce Exceptable IPA Or Stout (With Specialty Grains Added In A Bag At 150 -155 F. For 30 Mins)

I Recommend Liquid Yeast Strains Also & A Full Wort Boil (Boil Entire Volume Of Batch At Once).

If You Are Patient & Pay Close Attention To Detail, You Can Make ANY TYPE OF Beer.

well beer might be expensive to make or set up but alcohol from fruit juiced is easy and cheap..bottle of juice /bag of bakers yeast and sugar.ballon with hole ontop.wait till fermenting stops after 3 wks and walla...buzz city.

1 gallon your favorite juice.1 yeast pack .2 -3cups sugar.1 balloon.

take out 2 cups juice and warm in pot add the 2 cups sugar and dissolve sugar-dont boil.add back to juice containor.add the yeast and shake it vigorously..poke hole in end of balloon stretch over end and tape it on.wrap with towel and put in a cool place for about 3 wks till fermenting stops and balloon deflates..siphon out or pour carefully not to mix the swill on the bottom..Ive made 3 batches this way.Keep everything sterile!!

all my batches have come out very dry and very strong...gl
