Does it happen when you are primarily gaming or doing something processor intensive? Awards

When ever I get a blue screen I shut the pc down and unplug it, hit the power button a couple of time to discharge any stored power in the system. Place one hand on the case to ground yourself. Best not to do it while standing on carpet(static elect. is a no-no). Go to the kitchen table to do it if you can. Now take the ram and all devices that are plugged into the motherboard one at a time and place them back in the same slots one at a time. Over time vibrations can loosen parts. Next download latest video drivers, unistall all video drivers and restart. Reinstall video drivers. If that does not solve it you can run a program called memtest, this will do a memory check to see if any has gone bad! Also you can run a program called spinwite which check you hard drive for bad spots. Send me a pm with your email or your address and I can send them to you. Blue screens suck but can be fixed with some time. Need more help...dont hesitate to ask! Awards
