We had a critical IO error with the Feed the Beast server. The only recovery option was to restore from backup from last Friday, August 18th at 3AM. 

 

You have no idea how disappointed I am in our host. They disabled our hourly backups two days ago because of our hard drive space usage. 

 

I will do my best to make sure that we don't run into this situation again. 

 

The server will be offline for a few hours tonight while I get things back up and running. 

 

Again, I am sorry this has happened and I will do what I can to make it right.

How sad, My dirt castle gone. I just logged in to build some on it and spawn deep deep down in the ocean and died. Can't find my tomb stone now. I have no food or books now.

I just going to build a dirt tower and later I plan on a dirt castle connected to the tower.

 

All the dirt i used is whats in the area of my home so i'm all good. Just lost all my books and food.

We have a backup schedule setup now and I don't anticipate update too many more surprises. The last roll back was because the server didn't even have a chance to finish its first full backup.
