Well I lived the day to use this option.. What I did, changed Battlefield 4 to run in x86 from Game Properties and enabled V-Sync-constant 60FPS with 4-5 fps drops, maybe because of shadowplay.
If you want to try it and you have no idea what to do follow these steps:

  1. Open your GPU Control Panel(nVidia Control Panel and Catalyst Control Center)
  2. For nVidia there is an option Vertical Sync, for AMD is Vertical Refresh. Enable them. You might also enable Triple Buffering if you have the option.
  3. After you've done this go to Origin, Right-Click on Battlefield 4 and in "Game Properties" you will a drop-down menu, change it to Battlefield 4(x86)
  4. When you are ready, restart your PC.
  5. When you open Battlefield after the restart, go to Video Settings and turn Vertical Sync option on "ON"
  6. Please note, that you will not be able to change your Advanced Properties, only the ones in left.

I like to play on maximum frames possible, the game is beautiful even on low settings, but resolution on maximum :) I'd love to hear your feedback if you decide to try it.

v-sync makes input lag. It also doesn't improve fps but will actually lower it because it makes it so your fps is limited to what your monitor refresh is. So for example if you could have 70fps it will lock it down to 60fps still if you have a 60hz monitor.

The up side is if you get screen tearing v-sync normally will remove that but generally higher fps will do this also if you get high enough.
